I bought Eric’s Do This Get Money System 3 days ago and I was very pleasantly surprised by how detail Eric put into this system. But what surprised me even more is that Eric personally gave me a call to make sure I was getting started on the right foot. Yes he does swear occasionally but he really is a class act.

Funny you said that Jill. I had a similar experience after a friend of mine came to wanting to know how I was doing deals. I loaned her Eric’s system and she had the CD’s on with her 7 year old in the car.

She called me kind of angry, but I told her to just ignore his swearing and focus on the advice, without her 4 year old around of course.

Vanessa, Eric’s course is great but you should warn people that he uses some (not alot) profanity.

I was a little offended at first and my husband was irate and told me to send it back.

Luckily what Eric lacks in tact, he makes up for with investing insight.

No doubt about it. If you want to learn wholesaling there is none better.

I don’t normally get excited about investing courses but I felt compelled to tell everyone buy this thing. Vanessa’s review is spot on.

I originally bought the Ultimate wholesaling system just to be sure that Eric was all Vanessa had him cracked up to be. Needless to say he was, then I bought his Do This Get Money system and now I’m in the middle of my first deal.

So cool.

Vanessa first off thank you for putting together such a great site. I wish you would get around to adding some more reviews.

I have bought all of Eric’s products including his latest “Do This, Get Money” I’m only 2 weeks into the 10 week lesson and his info has surpassed any thing else I’ve come across.

The only thing I would change is that he swears a bit too often, but if you can get past that then you should be OK.

I’ve got to comment here. I recently purchased BOTH Eric Medemar’s DoThisGetMoney.com System and his UltimateInvestorSystem.com System.

I’d been reading Eric’s post at the REI Club Forum and the Bigger Pockets Forum. He earned my respect instantly because here was a guy taking the time to help out for FREE.

It was a real blessing to see and now learn from a true master who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk as well.

Vanessa, your spot on with your review of his Ultimate Wholesaling System.

I’ve spent $20,000+ on real estate courses over the past 5 years. And up until he released his Do This Get Money System, his Ultimate Wholesaling System was the best I’d seen. PERIOD!

In my opinion both systems offer everything you’ll need to get going in real estate. But if you can afford to spend a bit more I highly recommend getting his do this get money system. Especially because of the Property Panic Line.

It’s been a pleasure to learn from Eric, I highly recommend him.
